This type of double vertical holding furnace adopts two sets of control systems and two separate furnaces. The equipment is mainly composed of furnace body, lifting system, mechanical transmission system, intake and exhaust system, etc.
1. The furnace
The furnace body consists of furnace frame, metal furnace tube, refractory module, heating element and lifting device.
2. Lifting system
The upper frame and furnace body are inclined by a 24V low-pressure electric push rod, which can hover at any Angle within the range of -5 ~ +35 degrees, and the thrust is 6000 n. The limit Angle of the positive Angle of the upper frame of the furnace body is controlled by the travel switch of the electric push rod. The negative Angle is controlled by the limit switch installed at the hinge support. The button can be stopped at any Angle.
3. Mechanical transmission system:
The furnace body drive is chain drive, stable and reliable. The transmission system is composed of main drive motor and reducer, chain, sprocket, front supporting wheel, etc. The deceleration unit is a single-phase motor of 51k120a-cf with a power of 0.12kw. The speed of the furnace tube can be adjusted within 1 ~ 3.5rpm according to the needs, and continuous rotation can be realized.
4. Intake and exhaust system
Both ends of the furnace body are reserved with static and static transition swivelling joints. The inlet end of the furnace tail is equipped with pipe bracket, stainless steel pipe, ball valve, vacuum pressure gauge, pagoda nozzle, etc. When calcining materials, protective gas can be injected as required. The rotary head on the furnace door is connected with a ball valve and a pagoda nozzle. The opening of the ball valve can be adjusted according to the amount of air discharged during the calcining of materials to discharge the gas.
5. Control system
The control box is located in the lower frame of the furnace body. The air switch, power regulating module and other electrical components are integrated in the electric control box. The controller is located directly in front of the furnace body. Through the operation of the controller panel, it can be prefabricated into a curve for fully automatic heating. Through the operation of the left button, the rotation operation of the heating furnace tube can be realized. Through the operation of the right button, the tilt of the heating furnace body can be realized to facilitate the entry and exit of materials.
