Matters needing attention |
1. In order not to affect the service life of the electric furnace, we suggest that the maximum heating rate and cooling rate should be 10-20℃/min, (the service life of heating elements will be shortened if heating is too fast at high temperature).
2. The equipment has no vacuum sealing structure, and is not accessible to inflammable and explosive gases. 3. It is not recommended to pass in corrosive gases. If you want to pass in strongly corrosive gases including S and Na, please inform us in advance. 4. Do not leak the high-temperature solution to the bottom of the furnace, and avoid using backing plate or aluminum oxide powder isolation. 5, the instrument should be placed in the air circulation, not wet place. |
