| attention | 1. When the equipment is in use, the pressure inside the furnace shall not exceed 0.15mpa (absolute pressure) to prevent the equipment from being damaged due to excessive pressure; n2. When used under vacuum, the operating temperature of the equipment shall not exceed 1000℃. n3. There is a high pressure inside the gas supply cylinder, and when the gas is pumped into the furnace tube, the pressure reducing valve must be installed on the cylinder. It is suggested that the small pressure reducing valve should be selected for the test, and the range of the pressure reducing valve is 0.01Mpa-0.15mpa, which will be more accurate and safe when used. n4. When the furnace temperature is higher than 1000℃, the furnace tube can not be in a vacuum state, the furnace tube air pressure and atmospheric pressure should be equal, keep in the state of atmospheric pressure, to prevent cavity damage; n5. The operating temperature of the high-purity quartz tube under normal pressure for a long time is not less than 1150℃; n6. During heating and sintering, the valve at the exhaust end should be opened to avoid the cavity rupture caused by the increase of cavity pressure during heating. nIf the air valve needs to be closed to heat the sample, it is necessary to always pay attention to the number of the pressure gauge. The pressure of the barometer should be within the safe range shown. If the absolute reverse pressure is ≤ 0.05mpa, or the forward pressure ≥ 0.15mpa, the valve of the exhaust end must be opened immediately to prevent accidents (such as cavity rupture). n7. For high-temperature sintering, the equipment must be connected with a water cooler to avoid melting of the sealing silicone ring at high temperature. n8. Carefully sintering materials containing alkaline ions, alkaline ions will cause crystal loss or cavity. |
