Three Sintering Zones CVD Tube Furnace

Three Sintering Zones CVD Tube Furnace is CE certified split-able compact three-zone tube furnace with quartz tube (optional size 50, 60, 80 or 100 mm) and flange. Three 30 segments temperature controllers are installed with K-type thermal couples. Microprocessor-based self-tuning PID provides excellent control with no overshooting and +/- 1 °C accuracy. It is an excellent furnace for sample annealing, diffusion and sintering in various gas atmosphere up to 1200°C.

In order to meet the requirements of various types of CVD processes, these smart multi-temperature tube furnaces do not need to adjust each instrument separately.
