NBD-LT series of cold and thermal fatigue testing machine, integrated control system and furnace. The furnace lining uses vacuum forming high-purity aluminum oxide lightweight material, and imported high-temperature alloy resistance wire is used as the heating element. High temperature resistant stainless steel S310S was used to make the loading platform and lifting rod, and the stepping pulse controlled the lifting mechanism to move up and down to lift the sample. The temperature is measured with a stable “K” thermocouple to improve the accuracy of temperature control. The “K” thermocouple is set at the sample position to observe the sample temperature in real time. The control panel of the furnace body is an intuitive and simple touch screen to observe the working state of the system at any time.
