2021年11月25日,我司售后技术人员前往中国神华煤制油化工有限公司上海研究院进行旋转炉安装调试及交机培训工作。 中国神华煤制油化工有限公司是神华集团所属全资子公司,注册资本金146亿元。公司前身为中国神华煤制油有限公司,成立于2003年6月。公司主要从事以煤制油与煤化工业务为主的与煤炭清洁转化利用相关的业务。 神华煤直接液化项目煤液化装置安装工程荣获2010年度中国安装工程优质奖北京研究院荣获“煤炭工业科技创新示范单位”荣誉称号煤制油化工公司荣获“低碳突出贡献奖”和“优秀煤化工示范工程”年度大奖PDU装置的建设与试验运转,为煤炭直接液化代替石油技术的开发和人员培训做出了巨大贡献,国内首创,装置规模为世界之首。 NBD-RT系列旋转管式炉集控制系统与炉膛为一体。炉衬使用真空成型高纯氧化铝轻型材料,进口高温合金电阻丝为加热元件。炉管采用进口的310S材质,抗氢脆性能好,加热元件与炉管平行,有效的保证了温场的均匀性。为高等院校,科研院所及工矿企业对金属、非金属及其它化合物材料在气氛或真空状态下进行烧结、融化、分析而研制的专用设备。 研究院技术人员经过认真验收后,对我们的设备给予了高度评价,并提出进一步的合作意向。
