Equipment Functions:

The controller provides heating and valve control.

1. The program controls five heating-tape circuits. A PLC communicates with customer-supplied temperature controllers to provide start, stop, temperature and parameter settings, temperature display, and status display. Configuration may vary with the temperature-controller model. Alarms include overtemperature, thermocouple disconnection, real-time and historical alarm records, excessive temperature deviation, and communication interruption.

2. The system provides automatic and manual control of ten groups of pneumatic valves, including opening and closing, operating time and cycle settings, remaining operating time, all-open and all-closed commands, automatic/manual interlocks, and state retention.

EquipmentFunctions:

The controller provides two main functions: heating and valve control.

1. The program controls 5 heating tapes and communicates through a PLC with the customer-supplied temperature controllers. Functions include start/stop, temperature and parameter settings, temperature display, and status display, with configuration adjustments for different controller models. Alarms cover overtemperature, thermocouple disconnection, excessive temperature differences, and communication interruption, with live and historical alarm records.

2. The system provides automatic and manual control of 10 pneumatic valve groups.

Controls include valve opening and closing, operating time, operating cycles, remaining time, open-all and close-all commands, automatic/manual interlocks, and hold status.
