The vacuum atmosphere box furnace adopts a metal shell sealing method, and the inner liner of the furnace is designed with a sandwich water cooling structure. The cold state of the equipment can reach below 50Pa. This equipment is widely used in the heat treatment of hard alloy, ceramics, powder metallurgy and other materials under rough vacuum, reducing atmosphere and protective atmosphere.
