Pair Type Industrial Sintering Furnace

Main features:

1. The frame is welded with section steel and steel plate into a cylindrical shape;

2. The furnace lining adopts aluminum silicate fiber structure, which has the advantages of small heat storage, small thermal conductivity, light weight and long service life.

3. The heating element is made of nickel-chromium wire alloy with long service life, good oxidation resistance, strong corrosion resistance and good mechanical properties at high temperature. It is fixed on the furnace wall by special process.

4. Air conduction system: due to the high temperature requirements of the quenching furnace, in order to reach the temperature difference of the furnace ≤±2℃, a fan is used to conduct strong convection through the air conduction system.

5. Temperature control system: adopt SCR non-contact zero crossing trigger and intelligent program control instrument to control temperature. The control system has the advantages of small buffer and high temperature control precision (the control precision can be ≤±1℃).

6. The furnace cover adopts automatic opening and closing type.
