Mechanical pump the vacuum part of the system is composed of a high speed direct-connected (directly driven by motor) double-stage rotary vane oil-sealed varactor vacuum pump, which is connected with the mechanical pump and the peripheral vacuum components. It can be used as the main pump of medium and low vacuum systems, as well as the front pump of roots pump, diffusion pump, mechanical pump, molecular pump and other medium and high vacuum and high vacuum systems.
And equipped with oil mist filter and anti – oil device.
