Multichannel gas automatic control program controller
The controller is designed with two functions: heating and valve control;
1. The program designs 5 sets of control functions of heating belt. Through the communication between PLC and the temperature control table provided by the customer, the heating belt is started, stopped, temperature setting, parameter setting, temperature display, status display and other functions (can be changed according to the model of the customer’s temperature control table). And designed the temperature control meter over temperature, thermocouple breaking, real-time alarm record, historical alarm record, temperature control meter temperature difference and interruption of communication and other alarm functions.
2. The system is designed with 10 sets of automatic and manual control functions of pneumatic valves.
It can control valve switch, running time, running cycle, remaining running time, fully open, fully closed, automatic and manual locking function, holding state, etc
