NBD-MWB-1700IT High Temperature Microwave Muffle Furnace is mainly used for high-temperature synthesis, sintering, incineration, melting and heat treatment on various inorganic materials under air atmosphere.

■ Synthesis of inorganic powder:

Electronic ceramic powders: barium titanate, barium-strontium titanate, strontium titanate, barium zirconate titanate;

Lithium ion battery anode materials: lithium cobaltoxide, lithium manganate;

Various colorants, glaze material, inorganic pastel;

Other inorganic powder: mangano-manganic oxide, zinc ferrite, Tri-chromatic rare earth fluorescent powder (Red), glass, cement;

■ Sintering of electronic ceramics: piezoresistive element, thermistor, piezoceramics, microwave medium ceramics;

■ Sintering of oxide ceramics and refractory materials: alumina, zirconia, magnesium oxide and other oxide composites;

■ Sintering of magnetic materials: Ni-Zn ferrites, gyromagnet ferrites;
