概述:    快速退火炉是以碘钨灯管为发热元件,升温速度快,采用S型热电偶测温并采用模糊PID控制,具有很高的控温精度〈±5℃〉,快速退火炉具有真空装置,可在多种气氛下工作。仅仅是退火炉的一个小品种。技术参数:1、可在真空,惰性气体(N2,Ar)环境下进行快速热处理; 2、样品直径:4英寸; 3、最高温度:1000℃; 4、升温速度:100℃/Second; 5、降温速度:80℃/Second; 6、温度控制准确度:±1%; 7、最低真空度≤5×10-3 Torr; 8、功率:红外卤素钨灯,1,250 W/ea ×11 lamps; 9、尺寸:760mm(W) × 400mm(D) × 400mm(H);主要特点:1, 腔体Chamber:腔体为镀金工艺,金层有助于热反射均匀;腔体为方形,带有真空和气体端口。 2,基底固定器 Substrate Holder:4英寸,石英。 3, 加热器 Heater:11支红外卤素钨灯,水冷。 4, 真空泵 Pump:分子涡轮泵(TMP),~ 10-6 Torr;旋叶式真空泵,~ 5*10-3 Torr; 5, 气体模块(包括质量流量控制器,MFC) Gas Module:气体流量可控;316不锈钢管,自动焊接、电解抛光工艺,VCR接口,液氦检漏达到10E-8 Torr. L/sec.水平。 6, 控制模块 Control Module:菜单可编辑,多程序快速温度控制及处理。维修注意事项:1. 炉子首次使用或长时间不用后,要在120℃左右烘烤1小时,在300℃左右烘烤2小时后使用,以免造成炉膛开裂。炉温尽量不要超过额定温度,以免损坏加热元件及炉衬。禁止向炉膛内直接灌注各种液体及溶解金属,保持炉内的清洁。2. 炉膛若采用石英管,当温度高于1000℃时,石英管的高温部分会出现不透明现象,这叫失透(又叫析晶性)是连熔石英管的一个固有缺陷,属正常现象。3. 冷炉使用时,由于炉膛是冷的,须大量吸热,所以低温段升温速率不易过快,各温度段的升温速率差别不易太大,设置升温速率时应充分考虑所烧结材料的物理化学性质,以免出现喷料现象,污染炉管。4. 定期检查温度控制系统的电器连接部分的接触是否良好,应特别注意加热元件的各连接点的连接是否紧固。5. 炉子使用过一段时间后,若真空度降低,可分别更换不锈钢法兰盘之间的耐温硅胶圈或重新安装不锈钢法兰盘或更换修理真空系统,以提高系统的整体真空度。6. 炉子在工作过程中,一般在300℃左右若控制偏差还不能消除,出现温度显示值与程序给定值不符或摆动过大,检查参数“M5、P、t”设置是否准确。7. 此炉适用于下列工作条件:(1)环境温度在-10~75℃之间。(2)周围环境的相对湿度不超过85%。(3)炉子周围没有导电尘埃,爆炸性气体及严重破坏金属和绝缘材料的腐蚀性气体。(4)没有明显的倾斜﹑振动和颠簸。应用领域: 快速热退火 快速热氧化 快速热氮化硅化扩散化合物半导体退火 离子注入后退火电极合金化 晶向化和坚化
